Urban Youth 2013

The Department of Developmental Services for the last 20 yrs has provided grants state-wide for young people to experience Human Service work.  Thursday Aug 8th  they were recognized during a ceremony at the State House.

Amanda Fava addresses the Urban Youth Award ceremony. WORK Inc. was well represented at the State House celebrating this innovative program that links young people with individuals with disabilities.

At an event in Milton on Thursday, Congressman Michael Capuano expressed concerns about budget cuts stemming from the sequester.
