WORK Inc., one of NE's most progressive providers of services to adults with disabilities is seeking caring, creative, and compassionate people to provide support services to a very active and energetic young man in Quincy. Must want to make a positive difference in another person's life and have some fun doing it. Work Inc will provide all needed trainings and certifications.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Assisting the young man in accessing his community for recreational as well as therapeutic activities.
• Assist in the completion of daily living activities such as cooking, cleaning, laundry etc.
• Encouraging independence and social engagement with peers and other community members.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of program goals.
• Administering medications.
• Daily documentation of program and behavioral goals and objectives.
• Work closely with a behavioral consultant and follow behavioral guidelines.
• Assisting the individual with acquiring personal hygiene skills in all areas.
Requirements:
• Ability to work and communicate with a diverse team.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High School diploma
Experience in working with children or young adults diagnosed with Autism or an intellectual disability is preferred but not required as additional onsite training will be provided. Agency will provide all required trainings and certification with pay.
